Additionally, their virtual "Career Centre" provides job seekers with Career Advice, Job Search Tips, Workplace & Leadership Tips, Jobs News & Events, as well as an Employer’s Corner. In the first quarter of 2020, their quarterly revenue was $4.4M.

Shortlist

Shortlist is a human capital technology company helping organize and match skilled talent to meaningful work. Based in Kenya, Shortlist serves clients across Africa, India, and the United States. The Shortlist platform automates screening beyond the CV, enabling companies to reduce unconscious bias in recruiting, identify and access "hidden talent", and offer a more humane, transparent, and fair application process for young professionals across emerging markets. Shortlist also offers training and development to young professionals in Kenya. Since launching in 2016, they've already worked with 450 companies!

Kuhustle

Kuhustle is an online platform that connects clients with Africa's top freelancers. Their model is similar to Upwork only that this is localized for the African market. The platform was initially only for those skilled in tech, but it has since grown to include content & marketing, design & creative, and tutoring & training jobs, among others. On their platform, employers can either post a job and get quotes, work with a product manager, or hire someone full-time. Founded in 2014, Kuhustle has since accumulated more than 32,000 freelancers.

Lynk

The young start-up Lynk Job limited was launched in 2016. It has developed a platform of online services which puts skilled workers from the informal economy in touch with individuals or businesses. Individuals or businesses who want to have works done or need a service go through the platform to find the right professional for them. Each professional proposed, whose skills have been pre-checked, then gets in touch with the client. Lynk currently has 1,000 active professionals and 3,000 clients have already called on its services

Fuzu

Fuzu is "your personal career companion" that provides jobseekers with exciting job opportunities, new skills and career guidance. Based in Kenya and , Fuzu is a one stop shop for the largest selection of open jobs, insights into the East African job market, tailored career advice and skill training.

Founded in 2007, Virtual Vocations is a small company with a big mission: to connect jobseekers with legitimate part-time and full-time telecommute job openings within a range of sectors.
